This past weekend we had a very nice and relaxing youth leader's retreat in a condo in Grand Haven. Of course, first I've got a couple new pics of Caleb (who didn't attend the retreat.) 
Saturday evening of our leader's retreat we went down the the lake. It was so cool to see the channel all frozen over.
Here's the lake. The waves were frozen almost out to the lighthouse! We walked about halfway there on the lake.
Becca and Casey are surfing. Just don't show this to any real surfers!
I have no clue how Joe got up there. And I really don't know how he got down either. But he made it back home with us, and that's what counts.
The lighhouse was all frozen over, it looked really cool.
Brandon wanted to go out and touch the lake. I thought he was crazy. So did everybody else- we talked him out of it! 
After we got back everybody needed to warm up. Some people wanted to get warmed up by dancing...
Bill and Becca led our Sunday morning worship service. It was awesome!
Brianna liked it too!

Hi Jill, family here. Looks like so much fun and we had lots of fun with Caleb, he's just growing up so fast.
Brrr... it looks cold out on the ice! Looks like you had a great time getting the leaders all ready to lead the kids in youth group. I miss Caleb and wish I could be there to give him a hug! I'm glad he and Neo get along so well--nap buddies. Grandpa Bruce will be there to see you March 6. Love, Grandma Carol
