Today was the 4th annual Lost & Found with our senior high youth group. This is a great event that Jeremy and Casey have planned every year. They are fantastic. Caleb took part in the morning events in Holland, but I didn't even take my camera out there. Which is really too bad, because he was having a great time digging in the sand.
Now really, I should be embarrassed that these pictures even exist but sadly, I am not. This is what happens when you are waiting for the teams to arrive for such a long time. Yes, these are two of MANY self portraits that I took while waiting.
And here's the Calder- if you haven't been here, you are missing out. You'll notice the cranes in the background. Caleb loves those- he calls them "BIG." Besides taking strange self portraits, I also took a nap on the bench and made friends with some Methodist pastors from Southern California who were here for a pastors conference. They were actually staying at the Baymont across from church! Small world.
